How the CPD works

From the session to your portfolio in four steps.

Attend

Join the session live. Ask the questions you'd actually ask at work.

Give feedback

Two minutes, honest. It's how we know you were really there, and how the teaching gets better.

Certificate arrives

CPD hours and learning outcomes, issued by medrics, straight to your inbox.

Into your portfolio

Log it in under a minute with the free CPD shortcut: certificate attached as evidence, your reflection in your own words.

Questions

What's the CPD certificate worth?
Each session issues a certificate stating the hours and learning outcomes, after you complete the feedback form. Attendance plus reflection is exactly the evidence pattern appraisers want. We issue the certificates ourselves as educational evidence; there's no external accrediting body, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than imply otherwise.
What does it cost?
The live sessions listed on this page are free. On-demand recordings are priced per recording (the first is £5), paid securely through Stripe. Every price is shown before you book or buy, never after.
Who teaches?
Practising clinicians. The series is led by an NHS emergency medicine doctor, with guest presenters across the acute specialties.
Could I teach a session?
Quite possibly. We're building a bench of presenters: if there's a topic you could teach for an hour to doctors who'll use it the same week, email presenter@medrics.co.uk, and see Looking to teach? below.

Looking to teach? We organise and produce it for you.

You bring the hour and the expertise; everything else is handled. The signup page, the joining links, the delivery (online, in person, or both), the reminders, the feedback collection, the certificates and the follow-up all run themselves, and your session is announced on this page and to the mailing list the moment it's confirmed. Teaching costs you the hour, not the admin. We're fitting out an Oxford studio for recording and streaming sessions; you can book the space itself too.

Production, done

Signup, delivery, feedback, certificates: one system runs the lot, so nothing depends on you remembering it.

You just teach

Walk in with your talk. Attendees are registered, reminded, fed back and certificated without you touching any of it.

Polish for paid sessions

If you charge for your teaching, give it the production it deserves: a proper signup page, smooth delivery and portfolio-ready certificates, agreed with you session by session.
